i'm a college student, i feel very sleepy during my classes no matter how interseting course is. any remedies?

It depends on your reason for using one. And just because one person's doctor said it's okay to use a mild one 2-3 times a week doesn't mean that this is good advice for you. If this is to prevent constipation, it is better to increase dietary fiber and fluid intake and be more active than to get into the habit of relying on a laxative. Now, you're not likely to become dependent by a once weekly use but it would be healthier in the long run to get & stay regular the right way. If this for weight loss then you need a different kind of help.

do you really have to chage your shampoo?

You might try some foods that are high in fiber like oatmeal, it works for me. Laxatives can dehydrate you so get some fluids.

can you take tagemnet or antacid with fentanyl?

No, laxatives should not be used on a regular basis, and if you are doing so, you need to seek medical attention ASAP. There could be a problem as to why you aren't able to go freely on your own. Talk with your doctor. He may want to do a colonoscopy. It's painless!! Good Luck
