Triceps are my favorite muscle to work on. A lot of beginners want to get big arms only work the bicep. What they don't understand is that the triceps make up 2/3 of the upper arm.

Hold a weight behing you're head with your elbows bent and then straighten your elbows. Or if you can gain access to a machine that achieves this that would be even better. Trust me I know (not to sound cocky) at one time I had some pretty decent triceps, to the point that I was doing the entire weight stack in my schools weight room. Of course now I probably could barley do 100 lbs.
