i take very strong pain killers like tramadol voltaren etc. i already had MRI scan done and the docters didnt find anything pliz help me i realy need help

You might have scliosis, which means a slight curvature of the spine. It can cause a lot of back pain, my friend had that when she was younger. I would try a couple different doctors and see if they can help you figure out what it is.
