seriously - because the nerves to your nuts come from the same spinal segment as the nerves to your stomach and when the nerves are overloaded your brain is fooled into thinking it is your stomach that has pain - if you get kicked truly hard enough you will feel it in your balls as well!

i don't know b-cause i never had a kick in on my balls
