Other Answers:
i take multivitamins and on top of that, i also take vitamin E, C and Fish Oil (Omega-3)
A good, clean multi-vitamin and a healthy diet containing lots of calcium and magnesium is good. Omega 3,6 and 9's are beneficial for helping to oxygenate the blood. There's alot out there, when going for supplements go for the bestest not the cheapest. If you can order from a company online that's good because that helps to get the best at a cheaper price.
Same question asked twice, okay.
Biotin, I repeat B-I-O-T-I-N.
I have a couple of customers who swear this stuff works, I don't take it-so I don't know, but hey, What have you got to lose?
Or did you already lose some?. Sorry couldn't resist.
