Just eat less of your favrite foods. Drink lots o water;8 glasses per day.. Find a fun physical activity u enjoy (eg.swimming, dancing etc) get your friends involved if possible and have fun while you stay healthy. You're young dont worry too much about ur weight :) Enjoy life.

Hi I'm noname.. I'm 13 too.. you should COMPLETELY ignore what those horrible people say about you "being fat" you are FINE for your height!! I looked on the website (below) and you are FINE! Your bmi (body mass index) is 19.2 which is fine!! really, really fine!! and your weight is at the 37th percentile.. (50th percentile is like 50%) which means out of 100 girls our age 63 of them would be heavier than you!!
