Probably a garden hose and a plunger. Shove the hose up your *ss first and turn it on full blast. Nice and cold, isn't it? Then whatever you don't blast out you can plunge out. Another option is to have someone else inject the water orally for you, that is a REAL friend.

my mom does this all the time, she is 72 and I wish I had a picture to show you, she has the body of a teenager, she is a major health nut, ya know with the juicer and mostly raw foods and that, she takes about a dime size of Swiss Kriss (it doesn't taste bad, kinda like licorice) and what ever the dose is for the sonne, you have to drink A LOT of water or herbal tea when you do this, she gets the stuff at her local healthfood store but I found it on my favorite vitamin website

Castor oil cleansing works great. I set aside one weekend a month too do this. I take four ounces and drink at least four ounces of water an hour. After doing this it is good to eat yogurt as it puts a good flora back in your colon. See Sources..
