Question:

Answers:
Try eating things with fiber in them to get things going. It would be prunes, bananas, Nutra-Grain bars, and similar foods. There are also some over the counter medications that you can get, but you probably won't need those unless it's something more serious.

Other Answers:
Eat more fiber and try a laxative.

Eat prunes, that will work. or drink a glass of prune juice,

Eat few prunes with your breakfast each morning. You will see a difference very soon.

There are lots of over the counter meds. I like metamucil, it is less harsh than some of the others. You might first try upping your water intake. If that doesn't work and you can stomach them. try eating some Sunmaid breakfast prunes (half cup). Hope that helps!

Cold beer and a cigarette.

I am so glad to see that somebody is struggling with me! I have been buying high fibre foods and drinks and it has helped me do much.
