i have to run a mile tomorow. any tips on what to do to prepare?

The best thing you can do to start is, take some good warm up execerise, throw in a few carbs for energy, and something like gatoraid should do the trick. Good luck !!

personally i'd run in the other direction. But get lots of sleep and be well rested I guess.

At this point, rest is your best bet.

If it's early in the day before, carbs are a good thing.

Make sure you hydrate your body the day before; drink some H2O kid!

you mean you haven't been training? Is this the first time you have run? Get some rest tonight. How much time between getting up and running? If you are running early just skip breakfast. If it is later in the day like noon eat cereal and toast for the carbs. WATER. Stretch slowly before you run pushing your heels out behind you. Wear light clothing and good shoes. If you are young it won't be so bad. If you are middle aged or older you will think you are going to die. Just kidding. 1 mile "ain't" too bad. Good luck.

I luv running! You can stretch and excercice alittle b4 u start.Also have comfy running shoes.Probaly wear sweats and light clothes.o yea and eat a good breakfast and lunch,good sleep.If u r timed bring a watch to keep track of time.Never cut corners either.
