Starting Over?

Question:

Does anyone know where I can inquire about an intensive treatment program similar to Starting Over. I have tried more therapists than I can count, I hate to talk about things especially to someone whos sitting behind a desk or in an office taking notes and asking totally ineffective questions, an hour once a week is not effective, I am at the point that I have to do something but not sure what?
