Try ice

How sticky is it?

freeze it first.

I would try putting it in the freezer to try to harden the gum. Then it will chip off.

If possible, put the article of clothing in the freezer for a while, and it scrapes off whole!

none other than peanut butter it can get gum out of anything!

peanut butter! its SO much fun to do it too! it works in hair also.

ice, or peanut butter. or rip it out (lol!)

*** works best

ice cubes stiffen it up so it should peel off. if it's already set up try a placing a cloth over it, then heat it with an iron

i would try freezing it with ice and picking it off.

ice or carbona which can be bought at just about any grocery store for relatively inexpensive, less hassle than the ice.

I heard ice is a good choice.

ICE OR OIL I HAVE USED OIL

I remove the packet from my jacket, remove the wrapper, chew, then spit on asphalt in front of a restaurant I hate.

Use an ice cube and freeze it, then scrape it off. Don't use peanut butter because the oil in the PB will leave a stain.

Put the clothing in the freezer for a while. This makes the gum hard and you can then break it off of the clothing. I wanted to try this idea when one of my kids got gum in her hair, but I couldn't fit her in the freezer.

I have heard that if you place the clothing item in the freezer, and them remove it after a while, the chewing gum is a lot easier to remove.[see also ref 1]

Apparantly egg white does the same thing [2]
