Does anyone suffer from panic attacks when your family is sick?

As soon as my children say they have a stomach ache I have panic attacks symptoms such as cold sweat, heart racing, feel like I could pass out and feel like vomitting. I normally don't feel better until they are 100% back to normal. I lose about 5 lbs becuz of not eating becuz they are sick. This normally only happens when they have stomach problems not when they have a cold. Help me I can't keep doing this.
