Hi. I don't really think so. Poor blood circulation is usually a result of lack of exercise, poor diet or strain. You need to eat balanced meals and also eat on time. Your body tends to show signs of this as a result of any of these. But just to make sure have a check with the doctor, he will know best.

It is just the reverse. Cerebral Palsy is a non progressive central motor deficit due to prenatal or perinatal causes. It is different from mental retardation. Causes: 1.Perinatal asphyxia, 2.Birth injury. 3. Congenital malformations of the brain, 4. Kernicterus 5. Inborn errors of metabolism 5. Parenetral infective or vascular insults.( Risk factors are:Prenatal: Malformations,Obstructive lesions in the brain.infection, exposure to toxins, genetic predisposition Perinatal: Asphyxia ,Hemorrhage, low birth weight, prematurity, Post natal -CNS infection and trauma.
