yes and no. The actual noticeable buzz goes away after a few hours, but the THC cells attatch the fat cells in your body and slowly get released. This means that over the next few days it's like smokin a teeny bit every hour. it has a 2 day half life, which means that after 2 days half of it is gone, 2 days later half of that half is gone.. and so on.
