I see lots of very wealthy men on tv who are bald or balding and they can't grow new hair. If they can't do it, and they have all the money in the world, then a reliable fix is probably not available to mere mortals.
Rogaine worked for my brother and two male friends. Have you tried it. I personally think Bald men are sexy.

ever thought of a hair piece
Hair implants is an option, whereby hair follicles are inserted into the scalp, using a needle or some other fine instrument. If you are "skittish" about needles, maybe this option won't be desirable for you.
There are drugs - like rogaine and propecia. I prefer it when a guy just shaves his head.
More info would have been good. Rogaine or New Hair Biofactors from Nisim.com, which I bought off ebay for cheaper price and have been using it for 3 months I guess.
