It's possible but not recomended if you are nursing to lose the weight really fast. Let your body heal for at least 6 weeks or until you get the okay from your doctor. You could do more damage by exercising too early, especially with your stomach muscles that separate during pregnancy. You have to wait until they are ready. Be safe.

Diet and exercise are good but go slow you don't want to hurt yourself doing too much too soon. start with walking and eating healthy
go to the gym! but remeber to spend lots of time with the little one!
try to look at it this way, it took 9mth for you body to get ready to have that baby so by rights it will take 9mths to get it back to the way it was,however after my kids were born I could fit in to my clothes before I got preg.
