I had a gas leak from my stove, became pregnant with twins then miscarried. Can this be the caues?

Question:
I had a long term exposure to a gas leak from my stove. during the same time I became pregnant and soon after miscarried. After of months dealing with the gas leak myself and my family became sick. We now have outstanding medical bills. My landlords our at fault, it turned out that a piund and a half of gas was leaking per hour. It took the landlords over amonth to even fix the problem. If any one has any information on what my rights are and if my miscarriages might be from the long term exposure to the gas leaking from the stove. Our apartment is small and ols, not much had been done to update the place.

Answers:
I would talk to a lawyer to discuss your options. There might be a chance the landlord is found guilty of negligence.
