Is there some link between bad mood at morning (6am) and have dinner late at night (11pm)?

Question:
Doubt about human fisiology and nutritional behavior

Answers:
I've never read anything drawing a direct link between dinner and mood the following morning, however if you're eating that late at night you aren't getting the ideal 7-8 hours sleep per night, which will definitely affect mood. Diet does affect sleep patterns, which in turn affect mood, so if you're eating that late stick to light meals with only whole-grain carbs and no red meat. Eat your big meal at lunch.

Other Answers:
I'd surmise that eating that late means you are getting to bed even later and not getting enough sleep, hence the bad mood.
