call the "gas" board lol

call a heating/air-conditioning repair company

You can buy an inexpensive carbon monoxide detector to check for yourself. Otherwise, call the gas company; they'll check it for free.

you can buy a simple carbon monoxide detector at walmart that will tell you.. if you have problems i would call the plumber or the fire department either one can tell you where togo

911

call your gas company ..PRONTO

You can.

1) Get an inexpensive carbon monoxide detector at a mjor retailer.

2) Call your gas company. They are obliged to help you in this field and will do it for free.

3) Get a canary. They are extremely sensitive to even minute rises on the level of carbon monoxide and die instantly if such a rise occurs. You'll know that way. That is what miners use.

At any rate, carbon monoxide is extremely toxic, and i doubt you would be feeling as healthy as you seem to be if there was really an increase in it.

911

you should call the gas company. if it gets to the point where the carbon monoxide detectors start going off , get out of the house and open all the doors and windows, then call the gas company, of course. If you start having symptoms, call 911 immediately because there's nothing worse than getting carbon monoxide poisoning.

my own knowledge (i work for a volunteer fire company).

call your local fire department (non emergency) they should have detectors on there trucks. if you are experiencing symptoms now then 911 would be appropriate otherwise use the non emergency number. i am a firefighter and we get called for this type of situation all the time, we have detectors on our engines, if your fire department does not then you should recommend that they get it, if they don't, move to dekalb county Georgia and we'll be Happy to test your home.

the fire department will usually give you a free carbon monoxide tester. If you decide you do have carbon monoxide, you will need to call the gas company.
