i wear heels all the time
try soaking your feet at night in warm water with epsom salts. and if you get a free day, go for a pedicure, your heels will feel a hundred times better.
Try different kinds of shoes: Shoes that are more shock absorbant. Sneakers, if you will.
If you are working in more of a business type of enviornment, you can find plenty of work related shoes at all sorts of shoe stores that are slip-resistant and shock-absorbant. Try also the GEL insoles, not just the padding.
Trust me, I know your pain. Concrete floors at work also, plus hardwood floors at home.
I feel your pain! I am on my feet all day on hard floors as well. My heel pain seems to come and go. At the moment they have not been bothering me for at least a week or so, but when they flare up it goes on for several weeks. OUCH! I've been trying different things as well but to no avail. Wish I knew what to tell you. My next step (pardon the pun) is to go see a podiatrist. Good luck!
Get different shoes and try looking around at a store that makes insoles for your feet. Also rub your feet or get someone to rub your feet works wonder.
