Spring break body help.?


Question:
I am 5 foot 6 and 110 pounds. I love my body! I am on great shape. I play tennis after school many times a week. The only problem is I don't have muscle. I want some abs! Any suggestion on how to get abs in 3 weeks. Without any dieting (I'm allergic to wheat, dairy and eggs so I eat very healthy and everything is organic) and without any machines (like 60 second abs etc.) Tell me if you have any great sites! Thanks a million ya'll!
