Who all is doing Weight Watchers?

If so how much have you lost and how long have you been on the program.?

Answers:
I lost 70 pounds on the WW program and have kept it off for several years. It's a great healthy realistic approach to weight loss that can last a lifetime if you change your lifestyle. FYI - WW Leaders all are former members who have lost weight and kept it off for a number of years, it's a prerequisite to being a leader, very inspiring!

I'm doing weight watchers by proxy. Someone else in my household is doing it and I'm being forced along.

I had dropped about 16 lbs at the height of it, but I've gained back the majority of it.

I like food too much to do weight watchers religiously.

I don't remcommend it if you want to keep it off. No diet will keep the weight off- you will gain it all back if you go back to eating regularly.
