You probably mean detox fasting. For 3 days, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. You can also drink as much fresh juice and herbal tea as you want. You'll only be losing water weight, though, but it's gaining in popularity. Probably not a good idea to go more than 3 days on a water fast.
