Why do tanning beds/fake tans make people orange?

I go to a tanning bed, and I have a very deep dark tan, it is not orange in color but brown to tan color and I do not consider it a fake tan. A fake tan is one that comes out of a bottle (Sunless tanning lotion). Some tanning lotions that you can purchase at tanning beds have bronzers in them which will make you orange in color, My best advise is to make sure that the tanning lotion you are using does not have any type of bronzer in it.
