How tall are you. I was 130 pounds when I was 13 also, but I was very tall for my age. You may also be big boned, which is a good thing, because that means you are developing properly. Also, you may have built muscle from your exercise, which will actually cause you to *gain* weight, because muscle weighs more that fat, so often, those who are in good shape will not weigh 90 or 100 lbs. I think you should keep exercising and getting physical activity, as well as eat a well balanced diet. Make sure you are NOT consuming less that 1500 calories a day, because when you dip below this number, your body will begin to store fat, which is what you DO NOT want to happen. I promise you, diet pills are a BAD IDEA!
You will be doing yourself a favor if you just make sure you are eating healthy as well as enough food( so DO NOT, I REAPEAT DO NOT SKIMP ON MEALS OR CUT CALORIES!) and keep up the physical activity. Also, you may want to try going out and doing some volunteer work. It will make you feel good about yourself, which will definitely help your self-image. Remember, you are wonderful and BEAUTIFUL!

well i ahve the same problem go with a nutrologist and he well weight u and give u a right diet and it works cuz i went with one in mexico and it works now iam not on it cuz everything i see i eat but iam praying to god so he could help me losse weight because iam tired of being fat but it doesnt really bad ur weight ok bye good luck

I'm going through the same think u r. I'm 14 though. I suggest doing a sport, like water polo. U need to be active. Don't try diet pills. I'm shaped funny I can wear a small top but my bottom is an 11! I have to work really hard and watch what i eat all the time. I can only give u the same advice.
you know how you eat snacks or something fatty well i mark those for a not eat symbol and i lost like 5 pounds and my friend knows another way of just eating salads and drinking water and milk for a week. and also gargling listerine before you eat makes you lose your apetite so you don't eat as much.
You probably feel fat because of the images you see of the perfect bodies of models and actresses and singers.
The honest truth is. most people aren't meant to look like that. Don't make yourself sick trying to become a Barbie doll. It's not worth it. The beauty of a woman should be measured by the content of her character.
And 130 pounds is really not that heavy, even if you're short.
You must work out at least five days a week and cut down on certain types of food. Drink plenty of worker before and after your work out.

If you are uncomfortable with your weight, get more active don't start taking pills, please. It is like you said, you are young. Get into some kind of sport, or start riding a bike, or walking, running, jogging. You are young I bet you have lots of energy.

gaining weight is very easy, but lossing ur weight is hard to do. so keep exercising, make it double it takes time. go to ur gym ask 4 an instructor that will guide u the proper way of work out then take fat burner, ask ur instructor what is the best fat burner 4 him, good luck!

I understand that you are unhappy with your weight and would like to make a change. I suggest you begin by increasing your exercise level and eat a little lighter. Although it is difficult for you to see now, your body is in true transition. Your height and weight may fluctuate a great deal over the summer. In order to remain healthy and look great, just increase the exercise level you are at now. Go bike riding with friends, walk your dog (or brother), take the steps more often, etc. Diet pills ARE TOO HARSH for you right now. Just lower the amount of food you are eating and change them somewhat. Instead of eating fries and chips, try baked potato and fruit. AVOID THE PILLS. They can be very harmful and often, when you finish taking the pills, you gain the weight you lost PLUS 10 MORE POUNDS OR MORE. Love yourself.
Hmmm, 13 and 130. Assuming you're a girl, you're probably close to your adult size. You have to consider your weight in relation to your height and body type.
If you feel overweight, your best bet is to stick with exercise and eat moderately (mostly high-quality foods and water, go light on sweets and sugary drinks).
"Diets" and pills are not going to be a long-term answer.

The first thing you should do is NOT take anyone's strange advice from this forum. Talk to someone you love and trust. Ask yourself what you think 'healthy' means. Try to think healthy from the inside out. 130? That is not a lot at all. Maybe all your dieting and exercising is not working because you are at a good weight for your body already. You are probably beautiful and healthy and perfect as you are.
By the way - fat is just tissue - it's just stuff that makes up our body, just like bone or muscle or skin or internal organs. People are just really freaked out about it and think it's bad - but ask yourself this: why? It's just another part of the body and EVERYONE has fat. It's not evil. So you have a little fat? NO big deal. Be healthy, yes. Walk, breathe, try not to eat junk - but also go easy on yourself. LOVE yourself.
