Has anyone used Goji juice for arthritus? Saw it on a site and its supposed to be good for many things.?

Question:

Answers:
I have researched goji juice and goji berries thoroughly, but haven't come across any actual scientific studies about its use in treating arthritis. Not to say there aren't any. There is some anecdotal evidence that it can be used to treat arthritus, but it could very well be placebo, as the placebo effect has a dramatic effect on health. In fact, many drugs on the market have only a one or two per cent greater effect than giving a patient a sugar pill and telling them it is a drug.

Anyway, goji juice has been proven to have numerous benefits in peer-reviewed studies, but if you're looking to treat arthritis, it is commonly known that cherries and cherry juice is a good treatment. Just eating right in general will help for pretty much any health condition, as the body tends to take care of itself when it is healthy.

apple cider vinegar and cinnamon will do the same only about one hundred times cheaper.

smoke pot, take flexeril

I've read that cherry juice helps. never heard of Goji juice though --> http://www.organicseavitamins.com/

The only other thing I can recommend (and they DO work) are hour long massages (by professionals) and losing weight.
