I have a question about ways to get contaminated with HIV?

Question:
I am a female, is a sexual intercourse without ejaculation considered to be a way to get contaminated. I am not sure if that person has HIV but we had sex without candom and he did not ejaculated inside, and that was one and only one time. Please be very precise about the ways of contaminations.
Thank you

Answers:
Any unprotected sex, with our without ejaculation is a risk for an STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease) including HIV.

Even without ejaculation, there are pre-ejaculatory fluids that are released and these can carry HIV.

In short, nearly any bodily fluid has the potential to tranmist HIV. Whether that is sexual or blood borne in origin.

If you have concerns, there are many available methods to get tested. Even with safe sex, it is wise to get tested if you are sexuallyactive with multiple partners. Often there are confidential free clinics you can go to.

Other Answers:
For certain any type of fluid transfer, i.e. semen, blood. even if he did not ejaculate inside of you, there is still what is commonly called "precum". That sluid CAN carry the HIV virus. My suggestion is to go to your doctor and get tested.

HIV is transmitted if infected bodily fluids from one person get into another person's bloodstream. This may even occur through a sore or small cut. This includes blood, vaginal fluids, semen, and breast milk. Just because someone did not ejaculate inside, it does not mean that no semen was present as men have pre-ejaculate. It would be best to get tested if you and your partner are unsure.
