You will need to increase your protein intake. Protein is low calorie so you don't have to worry about gaining fat. The best way to do this is to drink protein shakes with your meals. You will need to do it in the wright order. Drink your shakes after you eat. If you try to drink your shake first you will be to full to eat and you will not get the benefit. Since you are increasing your protein to higher levels then your body is used to you will need to do a supplement to help you absorbe all the protein. I will leave you a link below which has a shake mix with the added supplement. Bulk and muscle formula will have the supplement aminogen in it. You can also get the supplement sepparate. If you start to get excess gas I would increase the aminogen.

Well, a good way would be to increase your calorie intake by about 500 everyday.Just be consistent and make sure you do it everyday.You could also try weight gainers or drink a milkshake a day.

If you are trying to build more muscle, then do a heavy weight for 5 reps.three sets each exercise with a 2-4 minute break in between each set. Make the weight something that you can barely do 5 reps with. If you are doing 5 reps easily, then it is time to increase your weight.
