Time to take medication-why does it say 30 min before or after meals?
I'm taking herbal medication for weight loss and other things, they always say in the bottle to drink 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after a meal. Would it have the same effect whether it's before or after?
And what if I just take it while I'm eating, will that be okay?

it would be better if you take it before the meal. i have tried that before and usually if you take it before the meal, you will have the feeling that your stomach is already full, that would let you eat less.
