Oh my. There is nothing harder than taking care of a parent. I did hospice for both my mom and dad. Get a good electric razor. While your shaving him you'll get a cleaner shave if you take one hand and kind of push up on his face to make his skin smoother while you use the razor in the other. Good luck to you.I myself am thinking of switching to the age old "straight razor" which can be resharpened. hey nice you care about your father, one way is to have electric shaver but it wont give u smoth finish. get a razer, shaving gel and a brush (to apply shaving gel) take a little amount of shaving gel or cream in the brush and apply it wher you want to shave rub it untill you get it all over the place take the razer and shave it by keeping straight and firm. or you can just get hair remover cream and rub it with a cloth thats it.Gather your supplies.

Apply shaving cream, then with the razor,start shaving upwardly with short strokes. When you are done, rinse with the warm water and dry him off with the towel. It would be a good idea to appy some after shaving moisturizer.
