There is no save way to gain 5 pounds in a week. Your body has a hard time regulating heavy intake to little intake in a short time. The best way is to lift weights and build muscel. This will get you fitter and add weight, since muscel weighs twice what fat weighs.

Well, Depends on what's it's for. If you need it to look like you weigh an extra 5 pounds, get some big hiking shoes. If you physicaly need to gain 5 pounds, try taking some of those enery pills, but don't use the energy. (i.e. don't excersise) or just eat high calories foods.

Don't eat high sodium foods, those are just bad for you.

You can have mine. I'll even give you ten if you want it. But honestly why would you want to gain five pounds. Especially when everyone else is trying new diet fads to lose weight. I'm sure you look perfectly fine already.
