i can not get my biceps or chest to grow no matter how hard i try. please help?

Question:
bodybuilding

Answers:
Try taking a week off of the gym or not excercising them as much or not at all for a little bit. You're probably in a plateau. If taking time off doesn't work, change your work out routine because your body probably got used the one you have in. Also change weight and rep usage. Hope it works.

Other Answers:
Maybe your not eating enough protein to support your muscles to build, you can go to pretty much any store and get protien bars or shakes, if your doing everything else right in the gym thats the only thing i can think of, body building is part nutrition and part lifting, if you dont have both you dont really get results. At least thats what my understanding is, maybe you can go talk to a personal trainer, they can help lead you in the right direction, just see if you can have one session with them a month, just to keep you on track, they normally arnt that expensive, msot people can afford 25-40 bucks a month

Get a quack doctor to prescribe HGH for you. (Human Growth Hormone)

A quick check. if you are lifting weights every day, you will not gain muscle as fast as if you lift every other day. The muscles you exercise need time to heal.
