what is the anti thyroid drug used ? Plz with detail and dozes?
Question:
Answers:
Not sure what you mean by "anit-thyroid", but if you are talking about Hypothyroidism (where the thyroid is not working up to par), then you can take Synthroid, Levothyroxine or Levoxyl. The dosages for each one of these varies upon what your blood work shows. I've been on all three at different times and to date my thyroid has just shut down due to other prescription drugs I am on, so I'm on a high dosage of .250. It isn't normal to be on this high of a dosage, but until it starts working on its own again I'm stuck. Good luck and I hope this is what you are looking for! If not, please add more detail so you can get the answer you are looking for! Take care
