I would be heading for the doc.it could be anything from stress to more serious matters causing the headaches.

If you don't wear them already it's possible that you may need glasses.

It could be food allergy, you know.Lots of people get migranes from eating the wrong things.Check it out!

Is it bad headaches or serious migranes? Most people these days don't even know what a migrane is. A serious migrane can cause temporary blindness.

Perhaps you have NDPH syndrom? In the last few years, New Daily Persistent Headache (NDPH) has been recognized as a distinct primary headache syndrome. It is characterized by continuous daily head pain, varying in intensity, and sometimes accompanied by Migrainous symptoms. NDPH can be devastating and disabling. Refractory to treatment, it can plague patients for months or even years.

I had the same problem at that age and had to have reading glasses.

A migraine headache is nothing to fool around with. If they are frequent and debilitating, see your doctor. You might be dehydrated, have a hormone imbalance or suffer from stress. See your doctor - there are many medications which help; but, you won't know unless you get professional help.

try change you diet cut out fizzy juice and chocolate try eat at least 2 carrots and 2 oranges a day the vitamin C and the carrots provide you body with the good stuff that will sort you head and an other thing to look at is are you drinking enough water mind you should drink 2 litres a day of WATER

Not sure if you could have high blood pressure at your age, but my husband had migraines for years. Since he has been on HBP medication, he has had none!

migraine headaches are so painful . i sometimes put cold towels in top of my head , until the throbbing stops and than take pain aspirins or Tylenol . but it would be best if you went to see the doctor . it could be something else .

My daughter had migraine headaches though she was a bit younger than you. Saw colors and felt extreme pain. When I removed milk from her diet (after trying all kinds of foods in case it was an allergy) she stopped getting them. Try removing different foods from your diet and see if it's a food allergy.

what do you eat? get rid of the processed foods and go natural fruits and veggies and drink plenty of water and get some exercise, and be sure to get your quota of sleep. If it persists then go see the doctor of medicine for drugs that will mask the symptoms
