why should weight lifters do aerobic exercises for maximal physical fitness??

Question:
doing a paper and i am having trouble finding alot of information on this topic.

Answers:
Weight lifting isn't usually aerobic (unless you're doing circuit training). You can be completely covered with muscles and have a low body fat percentage and still not be healthy because your heart and lungs don't get challenged by lifting weights. Cardio makes your heart and lungs stronger and gives you more endurance.

Other Answers:
Wight lifting just exercises your skeletal muscles, which makes you big and strong and look cool. Aerobic exercises do something far more important. They exercise your heart and lungs to make you healthy and live longer.
