How can I increase blood flow to my extremedies (arms, legs, and yes- down below)?

Question:
I quick smoking 10 months ago, started weight training this past October and started running in January (about 30 minutes, 6 days a week). Serious answers would be appreciated.

Answers:
You need to check your blood pressure and choleterol levels, either one can lead to poor blood flow. Might try taking an aspirin a day and see if that helps.

Other Answers:
Exercise that boosts your heart rate; walking fast, jogging, treadmill, etc. Sounds like you are doing all the right things. What does your doctor say?

Congratulations on quitting smoking! It sounds like you're doing what I'd suggest. Any exercise that gets your heart rate up; running, fast walking, swimming, skating, etc.

First of all, congrats on taking steps to better your health. Now I have a question for you. Why are you asking how to increase blood flow to your extremities? Do you have symptoms that cause concern? If so, you need to make contact with your Doctor and ask him/her if they are valid and what if any treatment is needed to improve a medical condition. To answer your question about blow flow. Blood flow happens when your heart pumps blood throughout your body. The flow increase happens when your heart rate increase. If you're not getting enough blood flow to the lower extremities there could be some sort of blockage. And no amount of exercise or weight training will change that, it will help, but only diet and medication and sometimes surgery. My advise to you is to check with your Doctor.
