Whats the best creams,soaps etc.for black marks, skin discoloration, Scars from severe acne for black males?

Question: I have terrible skin discoloraton, black marks, scars due to acne & the brutal process of removing ingrown hairs. Ive heard of all types of products like mederma (for scars) and ambi (for discoloration) but I need the best solution for each problem. PLEASE HELP
