Just one addition to dumbledorelivesinme's answer. The color changing mask is just that-you apply it to your face and when it changes to white then you can rinse it off. But, as a suggestion I prefer Mark's lemon peel. It is also available at shop.avon.com

For cleansers, lather and rinse. Same for scrubs.
Masks - Smooth on and rinse.
Blackhead Formula - cotton ball and smooth on.
