The most effective and cheapest way is to go to Wal Mart and go to the lotion aisle. Get a bottle/tub of Cocoa Butter Cream or Lotion and put it on the area needed in the morning after your shower and in the evening before bed.

Apply almond oil over the marks gently and massage everyday before your bath. Do this continuously for a couple of weeks;you will notice the results.
