How old is your daughter and how long have they been there? Could they be birth marks. If your daughter is an infant they could be something called stork bits, they will go away eventually. If they are small circular marks that aren't raised, they could be moles or freckles. If the marks are not circular, and have appeared suddenly they could be Melanoma. If they don't go away, they get bigger or she gets more of them you should take her to a doctor.
Are they raised above the skin.or do they look like they're just part of the skin?
Does she wear a chain around her neck? If so, could the chain have caused them? If not, does she have a boyfriend? If so, I would sit down with her and have a heart to heart conversation and see if she will tell you what the marks are from. Good luck!
I'm not really sure but I suggest you keep her away from other boys, girls and vacuum cleaners.
I'm not sure but I think you are referring to ACANTHOSIS NIGRICANS. this is common to those who are obese or have endocrine problems. some of them have a tendency to develop diabetes. or may become amenorrheic because of ovarian problems. Dont scrub it off. it will just become inflamed thereby producing an increase in hyperpigmentation.
