more than enough?

All chocolate makes you fat, eat some carrots!

Conceivably, you can eat whatever you want as long as you don't exceed the number of calories you take in per a usual day. But chocolate and any other sugary food is loaded with calories, so it wouldn't take long to consume 2000 calories, but you'd still be hungry.

It isn't the chocolate that makes you fat, it's eating too much of it (or anything) where you have excess calories stored as fat.

Chocolate is a free food. It doesn't make you fat.
haha

It's not chocolate itself. It's HOW MUCH you eat. You should be able to eat a snack-sized bar or a couple of Kisses every day without blowing your diet. Eat less of something else and work out a little extra to make up for it. (Eat it right after a workout when your metabolism is in high gear.)

depends on you bodies way of dealing with it.

But where another thing you need to be aware of. Choclate has in it caffine. Just like coffee you can become addicted. Caffine is a drug as we all know. And drugs you know are not the best things for you. Just be careful.

don't know, but apparently 22 pounds of chocolate is fatal
