Try over the counter acne medications for pimples, or talk to your doctor about prescribing you an oral medications(I.e. Minocycline).
Im not so sure about scars though, I do have a few myself I would like to get rid of.

pimples are easily cured. just put some saliva on them. i know it's a bit gross. but i've been doin that since i was 14 i i don't have a single one man. seriously it works try it. put it on then let it dry. don't touch it and keep on doin it for a few days and they'll be gone.

use tersaseptic; an anti-bacterial face cleanser and shampoo. it cleans your pores of oil and dirt which leaves your face dry. if your face is too dry add some impruv lotion. if you want fast results you can buy pills from your doctor. if you want to cover your acne/scars don't use make-up. it will only ruin your face in the long run. ask your doctor about a cover-up medication that cleans your skin and hides your acne.
I had really bad acne as a teenager and a dermatologist gave me an antibiotic called Minocin and also Dilusol Lotion. They worked really well. As for the scarring try using cocoa butter (you can get this at Wal-mart)

hmmm just seen a product for this, one of the general brands maybe neutragena .. advanced acne mark fade serum or something im not sure but actually it seems to be the focus of all the product lines right now just go have a look .
