Answers:
i iron my hair frequently so i have dry hair. my adivce is to switch to dove shampoos and conditioners. to me, i can just feel it working while still in the shower. it really leaves my hair soft and silky. trust me, it helps. and bio-silk and something called natural seven oil really help. natural seven oil is a yellow liquid which can be used in so many ways. it can be used to condition ur hair, hot oil treatments, and much more. test these products out and let me know what you think.

Other Answers:
shampoo with eggs.

Try a hot oil treatment. There's also some really good stuff called bio-silk.

it depends on what texture your hair is, my girls are mixed and have pretty frizzy hair but not extremely dry, i use the garnier fructis line (i think i spelled it right) the one for frizzy unruly hair in the green bottles, use the shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, and soft curls balm and that should hopefully help!! Good luck!!

Dove has a new line of hair care products. Maybe they can help.

my hair is frizzy and i use the line silk elements you can buy it at sallys it works great and leaves ur hair really silky

use a leave-in conditioner. Pantene makes one.

go to a salon and ask them about hair vitamins, usualy its a conditioner or shampoo with good vitamins, you might have to spend a little but if its bothering you that bad then i would do it. try this conditioner and shampoo called Main'n tail shampoo, it has a picture of a horse on it, it usualy comes in a black bottle but i think it is white now, if you go to a salon store they will know what it is,it is a shampoo that they use on horses that has been proven to work good on our hair too, i used to use it and it worked and is not expensive.

Do you Dye, Highlight, use a straightening iron? If so.. don't it just drys it out even more. Go to an Aveda salon and get some hair treatments. The people there are very helpful and they have about 3 treatments there that I know of and that i use and i find quite helpful. Also, don't wash your hair every night. Try every 2 or 3 days depending on how much you run around during the day.
