how to test the relationship between smoking and hypertension?
Question:
Answers:
It's already been tested by major pharmaceutical companies in the 80's when all the warnings about smoking started coming out. You are a couple of decades too late. If you are a student then just do the research on the itnernet/library. It is all already there.
Personally my average bp whilst I smoked was 130/85 since I quit 2 months ago it has dropped to 110/65.
To do a study on thsi properly you need ot knwo how to collect the data from patients, input the data and use statistical equations to work out the meaning of the data.
Good luck
Other Answers:
Smoking is not a healthy habit. If you do have hypertension, you really shouldn't smoke, because you might have a stroke, fall over, and die.
