excersise everyday. Eat healthy foods everyday but eat less amounts of food. DOn't go on a starvation diet. Just cut down on foods like chips, candy, soda, etc. and when you prepare your dinner, get small amounts of everything. Don't get a WHOLE bunch of Chicken, a Lot of macoroni n' cheese, and mounds of whatever. Get small amounts of each. EXCERSIZE!! Walk down the street, around the corner. It doesn't matter where you walk or jog just do it.
