I used Flonase. I think.can't really remember if I used it during pregnancy. Ask the doctor! That would probably be the safest best, rather than asking us idiots!

I used the regular nose drops during my pregnancies and i had no problems at all.

Since you say your wife is pregnant this is a question that should have been asked or can be asked during one of her prenatal visits. She may not even need a nasal spray. You don't say what she needs it for but a check with the doc is especially warranted in this case. Remind her to ask or go with her to the visit. Good Luck!
