Answers:
See a thearapist or psyciatrist <sp?>. Therapy and/or dication helps alot. If the situation gets to bad and your affraid that you might hurt yourself in the real near future, get yourself to the ER / Hospital. Psyc. hospitals aren't as bad as they are protraited and it may save your life.

In short there is help out there, if you can't find it on your own, your family doctor can steer you in the right direction.

see a therapist.

i second that..SEE A THERAPIST!

How could suicide be the only way out? Your life is yours to live, and no one can take that away from you. You will be happier, and stronger in the end if you stay strong and believe in yourself. Beleive that you can make it through this.

See a theapist or maybe better (dont know) get your friends to work your problems out for you just this one time - friends love you & will (if they are real friends) do all they can if you are in a really bad state as you seem to be emotionally - get friends to help you with all your immediate emotional & any other problems so that U see how quickly things can change for the good if U ask for "massive immediate help" .

Additionally to that - yes - "pro" help from a therapist or such - no anti-depressants yet - if at all .

Just IMO - Hope & Solutions just around the corner !

Seek counselling.

No, the only way out of your problems is NOT suicide. The way out of your problems is to face them and work through them. All problems are only TEMPORARY, so don't believe that the situation will never get better. If you check out, you'll never get to see how things could have turned around -- and you'll never get to be happy again. PLEASE call 1-800-SUICIDE before you do something drastic that you can't undo.
