First off dont use eyeliner or very faint it will shrink them. use a highlighter on the brow and under lids to appear wider/bigger/normal however u see it. medium tone in the crease. dark only in the center(close inside toward nose)and upward blend good! use complimentary colors too i hate painted faces go for natural u wann bring out the eyes not drown them!!

Your question really makes me wonder-why don't you think your eyes are "normal" I'm part asian and it's part of who I am to have eyes that slant.
