Answers:
Sounds like you need to tone up. You cant really lose that weight by eating differently. You need to turn what little fat you have, into muscle. But not bulky muscle.. you need to be tone. It will make you look trim, but it will add a little bit of weight. But don't worry about that.

You need to start doing some crunches, and some leg exercises, try walking, or doing some bicycle crunches. You know the ones, where you lie on your back, and move your elbows to your knees, lol

Sorry i really cant explain it. I'm a guy so its a bit different. I do crunches, sit ups, and i climb up and down ladders all day. So i lost my gut, and my legs are in good shape. The same basic principles work for women to. But i doubt you want to climb up and down ladders all day. I would suggest a Yahoo search on womens fitness.

Pilates is a great full body work out. It takes dedication and you will hurt (muscle ache) for a while. Same with Yoga, but I would recommend pilates for toning and overall health benefits.

Losing weight can only be lost through diet and exercise. But when you exercise you will be buring calories (fat cells) and gaining muscle tone. Don't worry if you suddenly wiegh the same or more, because muscle actually weighs more than fat.

The diet is the most important to staying fit after you lose the weight. Many people get to their goal and then get back into bad habits only to gain more wiehgt than before. If you stick with a healthy diet (no packaged foods, preservative, articfical colors flavors sweeteners, diet Coke or soda in general) you can maintain your new and improved attractive body.

Good luck and drink a lot of water when you exercise.

its not good to take a lot of medicines just eat more salaids friut in exersize it will hejp

I know nothing about pilates. I am female and use 1-2 lb ankle weights when I walk and just around the house. I also do weight resistance exercises with the ankle weights. You need to do weight lifting exercises, but start with very small amount of weights like 1-2 lbs and short repititions like 6-8 and work your way up to 12. See your doctor to work out a plan before you start, you can get injuries if you do not do it right (like warming up).
PS-I'm just giving advice to you that worked for me, I do not in any way take responsibility for any injuries that might occur to you because of my advice and I am not a doctor.

Here's a way that actors use, which causes tone without loosing your mass in size.
Diet:

Cut out all sugar from anything you eat, no carrotts-high sugars, no bread, don't use any butter or oils. No coke of any kind, only drink water.

You can have a coke after 5 days, ok.
If you stick to this diet and do cardio exercises 3 times a week it will make you tone up. The cardio must be for 25 mins. or more each time.

The pot belly will go away, quick, then you can date me baby.

Good luck.

I think you are still underweight. Im 4'11 and my "ideal" weight is supposed to be 95-105lbs. I think that this "jiggle" is in your head. And if it's not, just cut back on like 200 calories a day, it's quite simple, that's like.1 regular soda. And if it's not in your head, say, you had a kid or something, yes pilates really really does help.(not for baby jiggle though, only surgery helps for that)it doesnt really take off weight(which isnt your problem) but it does take off inches. I highly recommend pilates
