Try Cocoa Cola. When Proud Mommy(my wife) was pregnant a bunch o f elderly people told her to use it. Back years ago they used coke syrup, so they said it would work. It worked for my wife through both pregnanys so it might be worth a try.

The safest way is to consult your doctor there are pills which can help reduce it.You can try by not getting out of bed till you have nibbled on some dry bread slice.

A sour pickle. I have had trouble finding them in the stores in recent years. It must be a "sour" pickle. The alum in the pickle brine, will help to settle the stomach. I also like ginger ale, but the sour pickle seemed to work the best (for me). Some old woman told me about it and I was so queasy that I would have tried anything.

Don't let anybody tell you that you can't puke up dry toast, you can. I thought I was going to choke!

For many women morning sickness will pass after the first tri-mester, but it may not be a bad idea to check with your doctor too.

When I was pregnant the smell of coffee would make me feel nauseous, and I would get sick every time I ate Chinese food for some reason(?) I suppose every pregnancy and every woman is unique.

Best wishes for you, and a healthy pregnancy and baby!
